INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS
Applications are invited for empanelment of contractors for petty renovation and maintenance works in the Institute related to civil, water supply, public health, electrical, mechanical & Misc other works as per terms and conditions given in the application form. The application form would be available from cashier on payment of Rs. 50/-.(non refundable) in cash from 5/12/11 to 19/12/11 between 10.00 am to 3.00 pm on all working days and upto 12.00 noon on Saturdays. The interested contractors registered in appropriate class with CPWD/MES/P&T/Railways/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies may apply latest by 20/12/11 upto 10.30 am giving the particulars of works executed during the last three years along with value of the works & clients certificates. Applicants are also required to enclose a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- (Non Refundable for empanelled contractor only) in favour of Director, LRS Institute of TB & Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi.
