DETAILS OF QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND AGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSTS AT S.NO.1 TO 4 (REGULAR POSTS)

 

 

For S.No.1.

Specialist Grade-II (TB & Chest Diseases) 1(One) [Reserved for Schedule Tribe]

` 15600-39100+GP ` 6600/-(Group-A)

Essential Qualification: (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part-II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section of section 13 of the Act). A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D. in TB and Respiratory Diseases from an Indian University or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR Diploma in TB and Chest Diseases.

Experience: 3 years experience in TB and Chest Diseases in a recognized Institution after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD (TB and Respiratory Diseases). 5 years experience in TB and Chest Diseases in a recognized Institution after obtaining the Diploma

Note I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India.

Note II: Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.

Note III: In so far as post graduate medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.

Age: Upto 45 years (Relaxable for Government servants upto five years in accordance with the instruction or orders issued by the Central Government)

Specialist Grade-II (Thoracic Surgery) 1(One) [Unreserved]

Essential Qualification :  (a)A recognized medical Qualification  included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule(other than the Licentiate Qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.  Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of IMC the Act).

(b) Double Post Graduate i.e. MD/MS along with M.Ch. (Thoracic Surgery)/M.Ch. (Cardio Thoracic Surgery) or Speciality board of Thoracic Surgery (USA) OR EQUIVALENT.

 

Experience:Two years working experience after obtaining the first Post graduate Degree     of M.S.M.D.

Note-I.      The Medical Qualifications possessed by the candidates should bave the recognition of the Medical Council of India.

Note-II:   Holders of speciality board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.

Note-III: In so far as post graduate medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to the Indian Medical council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time.

Note-IV:   In the case of holder of DM. /M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch.  shall be counted towards requirement of five years experience.

Note-V:     In the case of qualification in Super-Specialities (M.Ch. /D.M) except in the case of holders of D.M/M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D. (General Medicine) or M.S. (General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination.

Age: Upto 45 years.  Relaxable for Government Servants upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.

Staff Nurse -2 (Two) [Reserved 1-SC, 1-ST]

Essential Qualification & Experience: 3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent. Registered as Nurse; and Registered as Midwife or equivalent with any state nursing council.

Age : upto 35 years) Relaxable for five years for SC/ST as per Govt. of India instructions.

Pharmacist -1 (One) [Unreserved]

Essential Qualification & Experience: (i) 10+2 from a recognized Board or Institution/University. (ii) Two years Diploma course in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/University registered with any State Pharmacy Council. 

Desirable: Two years experience in a recognized Government/Semi-Government Hospital/Institution preferred.

Age: Between 18-28 years. (Relaxable for Government servants upto 35 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government.

Age is relaxable by five years for SC/ST, three years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped as per Govt. of India instructions.

Note 1. Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the selection committee in the case of candidate otherwise well qualified.

 

General Instructions:

(i) Crucial date for determining age limit will be the closing date of receipt of applications. (ii) The appointment will be governed by the standard terms and conditions as per the Institute rules applicable from time to time. (iii) LRS Institute reserves the right to fix criteria for calling the required number of candidates, as may be necessary, for interview. (iv)The prescribed essential qualifications as above are bare minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.  (v) LRS Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts mentioned above without assigning any reason(s). (vi) No. of posts can be increased or decreased by the Competent Authority  (vii) Incomplete applications not on the prescribed proforma will be summarily rejected. (viii) No TA/DA for interview will be admissible. However, SC/ST/PH candidates will be allowed single II class fare by shortest route. (ix). The candidate already in Govt. Service should send his/her application through proper channel.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The format in which the bio-data is to be submitted at the time of walk in interview:

2. Crucial date of determining age limit will be the date of walk of interview in each case.

3. This engagement is purely on contractual basis with fixed emoluments for an initial period of 89 days basis for S.No. 1 and six months (for S.No. 2 & 3) and extendable after satisfactory performance on need basis.

4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
