YOGA THERAPY AND RESEARCH CENTER
A Center yoga was established in LRS Institute of Tuberculosis and allied sciences on 24 May 2007 in partnership with Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. The Yoga Therapy and Research center in addition to general yoga for public provides yoga facilities to patients of COPD, Bronchial Asthma, Post Surgical Rehabilitation and other respiratory disorder.

GENERAL RULES TO BE FOLLOWED FOR YOGA PRACTICES
· Make sure the bowels and bladder are empty before starting the practice clothing should be light and loose.
· Yoga should be practiced in well ventilated room or open area.
· Practice yoga either in early morning or evening.
· Synchronize the breathing with body movements.
· Do not drink or eat immediately after the practice: give at least 20-30minutes gap.
